For many years, sheep have been a silent part of the ENSE found in many different corners of the grounds. They are a crowd pleaser with their small and mighty personalities. During the ENSE you will get a chance to watch a sheep shearing demonstration, along with wool spinners and knitters, this is always a crowd attraction. This show is also an opportunity for local sheep breeders to catch up and compete for a red ribbon along with bragging rights for the year.
